Join Tracey for an amazing opportunity to see and photograph Iberian Lynx in their natural Iberian Fauna.

You will have 4 days photography in the hides. Given the time of the year we will be going, we will be doing morning (6am-11am) and afternoon (6.30pm-10pm) sessions so we are not in the hides at the hottest part of the day.

At the end of the morning session you will return to the hotel for a well-earned meal and rest and time can also be spent looking at images and any help and advice can also be given.

Photographing Iberian Lynx is not an easy task. Lynx are the most threatened feline in the world. These hides are not baited but they are located in the usual paths of the Lynx and a pool of water has been provided with the hope they will stop and drink. The observation distance of a Lynx can sometimes be less then 5 metres.

Therefore, as wildlife photographers, you will understand the importance of exemplary behaviour inside the hides. Given the specie we will be looking for, you need to follow the instructions given at all times, so you enjoy a unique experience and get the best possible chances of photographing these beautiful felines.

The encounters with Lynxes can usually last from seconds to more than 10 minutes, therefore, during the session, you have to be attentive to what is happening.

There are a lot of rules, but these are to ensure you are given the very best of opportunities to see and photograph Lynx
